Kenton bounced back from a disappointing loss to Elida last week and defeated Lima Bath 54-10 at home. Of the seven contested matches, the wildcats were able to win five with a pin over their Bath opponent. Pins were carried out by Aaron Modd (126), Anthony Hunt (132), Damian Diaz (152), Carter Bays (182), and Brandon Bowling (195). Kenton also garnered four wins by forfeit at 113 (Kade Smith), 170 (Zach Hart), 285 (Eli Kauble) and 106 (Connor Dye).
Kenton will head to Van Buren this weekend for a duals tournament to face Arcadia, Bluffton, Elmwood, Fostoria and Van Buren. Next Thursday, the wildcats will be travelling to Celina.
